How do credits work?
Each plan includes monthly credits that reset on your billing date. Credits are consumed when you use AI-powered features like photo scanning, valuations, and document generation. Core features like inventory management and social features are free and don't use credits.
What happens if I run out of credits?
If you exhaust your monthly credits, you can purchase additional credits at any time. Starter and Collector plans can purchase $5 packs (500 credits), while Family and higher plans can purchase $10 packs (1,000 credits). Purchased credits never expire.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly credits included with your plan reset each billing cycle and don't roll over. However, any credits you purchase separately never expire and will roll over indefinitely until you use them.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can upgrade at any time and your new features will be available immediately. When downgrading, your current plan stays active until the end of your billing period. If you exceed the limits of your new plan, you'll need to reduce your inventory before the downgrade takes effect.
Is there a free trial?
Our Starter plan is free forever with 100 items and 250 monthly credits. This lets you try all the core features before upgrading. When you're ready for more, upgrade to a paid plan for additional items, credits, and premium features.
