Account Closure: Your RailScanPro account will be permanently closed
Service Loss: You will lose access to all your inventory data and photos
Processing Time: Requests are processed within 30 days
Verification Required: We must verify your identity before processing

What Will Be Deleted

✅ Deleted Immediately

Account profile and contact information
Inventory data (rolling stock, accessories, layouts)
Photos and uploaded documents
User preferences and settings
Search history and activity logs
Marketing preferences and communications
Support ticket history (after 90 days)

⏳ Retained for Legal/Business Purposes

Financial Records: Payment history, invoices (7 years for tax purposes)
Legal Compliance: Data required for ongoing legal proceedings
Fraud Prevention: Anonymized security logs (2 years maximum)
Analytics: Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics
Backup Systems: Data in backups (deleted within 90 days)

Retained data is anonymized where possible and deleted when legal requirements expire.

What Happens Next?
